Things you need to know before setting out to visit us

All of our local district offices shown below, offer a face to face drop-in advice service on weekdays only. 

Our advice service is free, confidential and impartial. We operate a queueing system, so during busy periods you may have to wait a while to be seen by an advisor. 

You will be seen in person, by one of our advisors on duty, this could either be a member of staff or one of our experienced volunteers.

Although our sessions are accessible for you to drop in at a time to suit you, It may be worth contacting the local office first, to check if they can offer you an option to make a pre arranged face to face appointment. 

Each one of our local offices work independently and therefore, they decide for themselves, just how many pre-arranged appointments they can make available on the day. So there may be some variations between offices.
